Cello, Assistant Principal
Jeremy Lamb sits Assistant Principal with the Northeast Pennsylvania Philharmonic. As a student of Alan Stepansky at the Peabody Conservatory, Jeremy worked towards becoming an orchestral musician; he now plays with the New Haven and Eastern Connecticut Symphonies and previously played with orchestras throughout Ohio (Akron, Youngstown, Mansfield).
He also enjoys performing on a more intimate scale and is currently programming solo and chamber recitals in New York and Boston. Previously, he was a member of Cachaça di Graçe, a bossa nova trio, and Opus 9 Chamber Ensemble in NYC.
When he is not performing or practicing, he tends his bow-rehairing business, Lamb’s Stringed Instrument Bow Repair.
